Located in the creative Northern Quarter of Manchester, we are a fiercely proud independent restaurant offering our unique babs and meze.  Our menu is carefully crafted using the best of locally-sourced ingredients, vibrant flavours and homemade marinades and sauces. Watch our team of creative chefs make our entire menu, including fresh flatbreads, from scratch, in our open theatre-style kitchen. 

Together with our signature babs, we offer a selection of tasty non-babs, meze dishes and desserts. Our professionally curated drinks list includes stunning beers, perfect wine pairings and an unrivalled cocktail selection – from savoury to sweet to outrageous and everything in between.

There is no need to book in advance to dine with us, however, we would recommend making a reservation, especially at peak times, as we can get busy and we would hate to disappoint you if we are full.
